These terms are not final yet, and we would rather say so than show you blanks

Grace's Terms of Service are with our solicitor for review, ahead of an effective date of 14 September 2026.

A full draft exists and is substantially complete, but several of its terms are ones we are not willing to publish before they have been reviewed: the limitation of liability, the indemnities, the governing law, and the notice periods for termination and data export. Those are the clauses that decide what happens when something goes wrong. A version of them with gaps left in would be worse than none — you could not sensibly agree to it, and we could not sensibly rely on it.

So this page says what is true today.

What applies in the meantime

Grace is in a design-partner pilot and is provided free of charge. There are no fees, no billing, and no payment details are held.
Pilot terms are agreed directly and in writing with each pilot customer. If you are evaluating Grace, ask and we will send you the current draft and answer any question in it.
Your data remains yours. You can export a workspace's data from within the Service at any time, without asking us.
The published Privacy Policy, Sub-processors, Acceptable Use Policy and Security statements describe how Grace actually handles information. Those four are complete and current.

When this changes

The reviewed Terms will be published at this address, with an effective date, before Grace charges for anything or takes on a customer outside the pilot. If you are already using Grace when that happens, we will tell you before the new terms take effect rather than afterwards.
